Our Story

Abandon The Reckless (ATR) was founded in 2022 to empower teens and young adults with real skills, real choices, and real impact.

We saw too many young people facing unsafe transportation options, limited access to driver education, and few pathways to meaningful work. ATR was created to change that.

Since 2022, we’ve focused on:
• Transportation education and eco‑driving awareness
• Helping youth prepare for license and permit tests
• Connecting teens with free or low‑cost driving school opportunities
• Building confidence, life skills, and safer habits on the road

Every program we run is designed to reduce risk, open doors, and help young people move toward brighter, more independent futures.
