Driving-school funding is eligibility-based and is not guaranteed.

 

MEMBER STUDY CENTER
Enrolled students receive lessons, quizzes, mock exams, workshop schedules, progress tracking, certificates, and driving-school application information.

A permit is only the beginning. ATR also connects participants with mentoring, job fairs, career resources, and pathways to greater mobility and independence.
